ContentOS (usecontentos.com) is a content-distribution tool that turns one piece of long-form writing into multiple platform-ready formats. This policy is issued by the operator of ContentOS [legal entity name to be added — the operator currently runs ContentOS as an individual and has not yet registered a formal business entity]. • Your name and email address, from Google OAuth when you sign in.
• The text content you paste into the tool, so it can be repurposed into other formats.
• Usage counters (your plan, and how many requests you have used) so we can enforce plan limits.

We do not store or display your Google profile photo — the app always shows a generic avatar icon instead.

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To send your pasted content to our generation providers and return the results to you.
• To enforce the request limits of your plan (Free, Creator, or Pro).
• To bill you for paid plans, once billing is live.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make ContentOS work:

• Google (Gemini API) — processes the content you paste, for Free-plan generation.
• OpenAI (GPT-4o API) — processes the content you paste, for Creator and Pro plan generation.
• Google OAuth — used for sign-in only.
• Supabase — hosts our database (your account row: name, email, plan, usage counters). Access is locked down to our server; row-level security denies direct client access.
• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Creem — our payment processor (Merchant of Record) for paid plans. ContentOS never receives or stores your card details — Creem handles billing, tax, and PCI compliance directly.

ContentOS does not use tracking cookies or analytics. We store two small preferences in your browser's local storage — your light/dark theme choice and your selected interface language — which stay on your device and are never sent to us.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email sssaaassshhhaaa56@gmail.com — we do not yet offer a self-serve delete option, so deletion requests are handled manually.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sssaaassshhhaaa56@gmail.com.

ContentOS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy as the product changes. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do.
