Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ContentOS (usecontentos.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are issued by the operator of ContentOS [legal entity name to be added — the operator currently runs ContentOS as an individual and has not yet registered a formal business entity].

ContentOS takes long-form content you provide and generates platform-ready variants (Twitter/X thread, LinkedIn post, email newsletter, Telegram post, Instagram caption, TikTok script, FAQ section) using third-party generation providers. Free-plan output is generated via Google's Gemini API; Creator and Pro plan output is generated via OpenAI's GPT-4o API. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing it anywhere.

You sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. One person or organization should not maintain more than one free-plan account to circumvent the free-tier request limit.

ContentOS offers a Free plan and paid Creator/Pro subscription plans with monthly request limits. Paid plans are billed through Creem, our payment processor and Merchant of Record — Creem handles your payment details, invoicing, and applicable tax directly; ContentOS never receives or stores your card number. ContentOS is a content-generation tool, and it must not be used to generate, publish, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity.
• Harasses, threatens, or defames any person or group.
• Is spam, malware, phishing, or otherwise designed to deceive or harm.
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Impersonates a real person or organization without authorization.
• Sexually exploits minors, in any form.

We may suspend or terminate any account found to violate this policy, with or without notice, at our discretion. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact sssaaassshhhaaa56@gmail.com.

You may stop using ContentOS and request account deletion at any time by emailing sssaaassshhhaaa56@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Section 5 (Acceptable Use Policy) or these terms more broadly.

You retain ownership of the content you paste into ContentOS and of the output it generates for you. We do not claim any ownership rights over either. We use your pasted content only to generate your requested output, as described in our Privacy Policy.

ContentOS is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes — you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of ContentOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages arising from generated content you choose to publish.
